Trainee in the Tile Factory with the following description and specifications:

Nature of the Job: Full-time
Required Number: 10 Post Job
Location: Kisumu, Miwani

Key Responsibilities

• Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.
• Working closely with the shift leaders and Chinese technicians.
• Handling all round-up tasks in respective sections, efficient coordination of duties, hand over.
• Following up on the quality of production and formulation requirements.
• Any other work-related duties assigned by the Head of Department

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be a recent college graduate with a Diploma/Degree in the following fields: Mechanical. Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering

Key Skills and Competencies

• Willing and eager to learn.
• Be computer Literate.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• High Level of Integrity & Professionalism.
• Self-motivated and can work under minimal or no supervision
