Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Operations teams
- Managing correspondence, filing, and document preparation
- Maintaining and updating staff records and databases using computer systems
- Assisting with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and onboarding
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handling internal and external communications professionally
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
- Supporting inventory tracking and procurement administration
- Assisting with event coordination and visitor management
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by HR and Operations management
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong computer skills — proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Professional, presentable, and courteous demeanour
- Preferably residing within Ongata Rongai or willing to relocate
- Competitive remuneration based on experience
