  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Operations teams
  • Managing correspondence, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintaining and updating staff records and databases using computer systems
  • Assisting with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and onboarding
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handling internal and external communications professionally
  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required
  • Supporting inventory tracking and procurement administration
  • Assisting with event coordination and visitor management
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned by HR and Operations management
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong computer skills — proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Professional, presentable, and courteous demeanour
  • Preferably residing within Ongata Rongai or willing to relocate
