Responsibilities:

- Provide training and guidance to forklift drivers to maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor team performance, address operational issues, and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a proficient forklift driver.
- Familiarity with forklift maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team of drivers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
