We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage stock, inventory, and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
• Prepare sales and stock reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient outlet.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail supervision or store management.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and inventory management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS system experience is an added advantage.
