Housekeeping & Public Areas Supervisor Job The Social House
Looking for a hospitality job in Kenya? The Social House is hiring a Housekeeping & Public Areas Supervisor to supervise housekeeping operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in housekeeping operations is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect rooms and public spaces.
- Allocate duties and support the housekeeping team.
- Ensure rooms are ready on time.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry and Maintenance. Monitor linen, supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest requests and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and service standards.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality. 2-3 years housekeeping supervisory experience.
- Strong organisation, communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
