Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in boutique, retail, or store operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance management
- Strong marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skill
- Good organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Good fashion sense, professional grooming, and brand representation skills
- Mature, proactive, honest, and results-driven
