Key Responsibilities
- Promote Medprime programmes within assigned regions
- Identify and recruit prospective students
- Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and communities
- Conduct field marketing, outreach, and activations
- Meet and exceed student enrollment targets
- Provide regular market feedback and reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with the local region (Nakuru/Kisumu) is an added advantage
General Requirements
- Must be ready to report immediately
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
