We are a leading and customer-focused automotive filters and coolants manufacturing and distribution business seeking to recruit two highly driven, energetic, and sales-oriented Counter Sales Representatives to strengthen our counter sales team and accelerate growth within the automotive aftermarket industry.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, relationship building, and achieving ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily counter sales growth through excellent customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Actively prospect for new customers through phone calls, WhatsApp engagement, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Convert walk-in inquiries into sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Reactivate dormant customers and maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with garages, fleet operators, transporters, mechanics, spare shops, and corporate customers.
- Promote the company’s product range including filters, coolants, and related automotive products.
- Maintain proper customer records and update CRM/customer contact databases.
- Follow up on pending quotations, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
- Work closely with dispatch, CRM, and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in automotive spare parts, filters, lubricants, batteries, tyres, or automotive aftermarket sales is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales conversion techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly proactive, aggressive in sales, and results-driven.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Comfortable making prospective sales calls and customer follow-ups daily.
- Computer literate with experience using POS systems, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong team player with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
