Call Center Sales Agents Job (15K)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients through outbound sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
Requirements
- Strong command of spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory
Compensation
- Base Salary: KES 15,000 per month
- Commission Structure:
- 8% commission on revenue from new clients (first month)
- 3% recurring commission on revenue from retained clients (from month 2 onwards)
