Job Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Management
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key company projects, ensuring timely progress and achievement of project objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation, records, reports, and related files.
- Identify project risks and challenges, propose solutions, and drive issue resolution.
External Relations Management
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate applications, renewals, and maintenance of business licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in external meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments relevant to the company’s operations and provide timely updates to management.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day communications with external organizations and stakeholders.
3. Administrative and Business Support
- Organize and coordinate business meetings, company events, VIP visits, and official receptions.
- Draft and manage business correspondence, reports, official letters, and other corporate documents.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative service providers to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and improving administrative and business support processes.
- Oversee office facilities, fixed assets, and administrative resources to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance and Corporate Affairs
- Support the implementation and maintenance of company compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor local laws, regulations, and government requirements to ensure business compliance.
- Coordinate government inspections, audits, and external assessments when required.
- Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and public affairs activities.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Provide administrative, coordination, and information support to facilitate management decision-making.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Law, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, corporate affairs, administration, business operations, or related functions.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or multinational companies is preferred.
- Experience in External Affairs is an added advantage.
