We are seeking an entry-level Accountant to support end-to-end accounting processes and assist with financial accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have up to one year of experience (preferred) and demonstrate high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and strong technical accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile all branch financial records and report
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist with audits and tax preparations
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Assist in month-end closing processes
• Support preparation of financial statements
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist in general ledger maintenance
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to staff costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA (2), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience,
• Proven experience in payroll processing and financial accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300, Dynamics 365) any other system knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
