Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Health Records, Business Admin or related
- 2-3 years experience in hospital billing, insurance claims or revenue cycle
- Knowledge of SHA, insurance claims & corporate billing
- Skilled in HMIS systems & Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, organizational & problem- solving skills
- High accuracy & attention to detail
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Professional, accountable & high integrity
- Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork & collaboration skills
