Job Overview
The Aesthetician will play a key role in delivering professional skincare treatments and ensuring clients receive exceptional care throughout their skincare journey.
The role requires a skilled professional who is passionate about skin health, client education, and achieving visible results through personalized treatments and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and other aesthetic procedures
- Conduct detailed skin consultations to assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Recommend suitable skincare products and routines based on individual skin types and conditions
- Maintain accurate client records including treatments performed, skin concerns, and progress
- Maintain regular contact with clients and follow up after treatments to confirm how their skin is responding and plan future treatments where necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term skincare goals and satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism during all procedures
- Stay updated on new skincare treatments, technologies, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field
- Experience performing professional skincare treatments
- Strong knowledge of different skin types, conditions, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols
- Experience in waxing and massage treatments will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve healthy skin results
