Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance
- Perform internal control testing and support risk management processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as IFRS, GAAP, and SOX
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare audit documentation and support external audit processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights into decision-making
- Enhance process efficiency and improve financial controls
- Maintain proper documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of financial processes
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory changes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key Competencies / Skills
- Experience working with international clients (US preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting and compliance frameworks (IFRS, GAAP, SOX)
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as COSO or ISO 31000
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-time-zone environments
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Experience supporting international clients, preferably in the US
