Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure optimal workflow management
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians to achieve performance targets
- Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles
- Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction
- Monitor job progress and allocate tasks effectively
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy workshop
- Strong understanding of workshop workflow management
- Proven leadership, supervisory, and technical team management skills
