Job Summary
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate will deliver warm, efficient and attentive service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests promptly in a courteous manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas before, during and after service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to their needs.
- Handle billing and payment procedures correctly
- Uphold hotel service standards and hygiene practices at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4-star establishment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Smart appearance, team spirit and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with OPS
