Job Summary
CITAM seeks to recruit a born-again Christian who is experienced and self-motivated to fill the position of a TV Producer in Hope Media, whose responsibility will be to create content that meets the station’s broadcast standards.

Responsibilities
- Content Development: Conceptualize and develop ideas for TV programs that align with the target audience and network objectives.
- Production Planning: Develop production schedules and timelines, coordinating with various teams to ensure all aspects of production are organized and executed smoothly.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams including camera crews, lighting technicians, and sound engineers, to ensure technical aspects of production meet quality standards.
- Post-Production coordination: Work with editors, sound designers, and post-production teams to ensure the final product meets quality standards and adheres to the creative vision.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of production quality throughout all stages of development, production, and post-production.
- Location Management: Oversee the selection of filming locations, obtaining necessary permits, and managing logistics related to on-location shoots.
Requirements
- Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
- Degree / Diploma in TV/Film Production, Media Studies, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Broadcast Production / TV Production, from a reputable Institution. Digital media is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in TV/Film Production.
- A keen eye for details and a critical thinking required.
- Creativity and a passionate interest in film and video editing.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Digital & social media integration skills.
