Key Responsibilities

The Tuk-Tuk Drivers will support distribution and sales operations to ensure the success of Mini Bakeries Nairobi. Key duties include:

• Deliver and sell bakery products to customers on assigned routes, ensuring product availability.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relationships to build loyalty.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets by promoting and selling products to retailers, driving revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales and delivery records for accountability and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to inform business strategies.
• Maintain the Tuk-Tuk in good condition by conducting basic maintenance checks, such as oil, tires, and fuel levels.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately for prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules and company policies at all times to uphold safety and professionalism.
• Handle cash sales efficiently and maintain accurate financial records during transactions.
• Assist in loading and unloading crates of bread, leveraging physical fitness to support operations.
• Collaborate with distribution hubs to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels during deliveries and report shortages to supervisors.
• Promote brand awareness by engaging positively with customers and retailers.
• Participate in team meetings to align with sales and distribution goals.

Qualifications and Skills
