We are looking for dedicated and reliable Tuk-Tuk Drivers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering and selling bakery products from our distribution hubs to customers. As a driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A3) – Mandatory.
- KCSE Certificate (Form 4) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a driver.
- Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Certificate of Good Conduct – Mandatory.
- Proven ability to handle cash sales and maintain accurate records.
- Physical fitness – Ability to lift and handle crates of bread.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking oil, tires, and fuel levels).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and sell bakery products to customers on assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets by promoting and selling products to retailers.
- Maintain accurate sales and delivery records.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Maintain the Tuk-Tuk in good condition by conducting basic maintenance checks.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
