Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time translation between Turkish medical specialists and local clients during consultations and procedures.
- Assist with client communication, ensuring that medical information and instructions are accurately conveyed.
- Support the clinic’s administrative and coordination tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and client follow-ups.
- Translate written materials such as treatment plans, client feedback, and digital content.
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for clients, helping bridge cultural and language differences.
Qualifications:
- Excellent fluency in Turkish, English, and Swahili — both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in translation, customer service, or medical/aesthetic settings is an added advantage.
- Must be based in Nairobi and flexible with working hours.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A fast learner who can adapt quickly to medical and cosmetic terminology.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential.
