Tender Representative Job
Procurement Jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track new tender opportunities in both public and private sectors.
- Collect and review tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather supporting information and certifications.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender bids before deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted, status updates, and outcomes.
- Ensure company documentation (certificates, CR12, tax compliance, etc.) is up to date.
- Support post-award documentation and follow-up processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tender preparation and submission.
- Strong understanding of procurement laws, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and online tender platforms.
