To drive technical projects smoothly from the planning stage all the way to deployment.

  • Project planning: Help technical managers run projects from factory testing to site setup and commissioning. Turn technical plans into daily to-do lists for technicians.
  • Risk management: Find project risks early (like part delays or access issues) and pass them up to technical leaders.
  • Scheduling: Keep project timelines updated using MS Project or similar software. Schedule people, tools, and machinery across different projects.
  • Site recovery: Make sure old sites are cleared and closed down safely on time. Keep track of recovered materials and flag any damaged or missing tools.
  • Change requests: Follow up on all project change approvals quickly and keep a clear tracker of approved or rejected changes.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, track weekly spending (materials, labor, transport), and report any overspending to management immediately.
  • Site surveys: Coordinate site surveys with the team, assign tools, and make sure survey designs are sent to clients on time.
  • Documents: Keep custody of all on-site files, equipment delivery notes, recovery certificates, and signed master registers.
  • Coordination: Act as the central contact between field crews, the warehouse, purchasing, clients, and local authorities for permits.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • Certifications: Must have a PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (or equivalent). A PMI Scheduling Professional or expert-level MS Project/Primavera P6 certification is also required.
  • Experience: 2 to 3+ years of experience managing and scheduling engineering projects, with at least 2 years in a specialized scheduling or coordination role.
  • Industry knowledge: Direct experience scheduling cell site rollouts (2G–5G), fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) builds, cleanroom setups, or industrial electrical substations.
  • Software: Highly skilled in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or advanced Jira/Asana workflows for technical sprints.
