Technical Operator – Labeller Job Kenafric

Role Summary:
The Labeller Operator assists in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily machine autonomous maintenance (AM) activities, ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring machine/equipment performance and recording output on an hourly basis.
- Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting a shift.
- Update assigned machine log sheets on an hourly basis.
- Escalate/report to the immediate supervisor on any machine breakdown.
- Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift team leader or line technician.
- Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production requirements.
- Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and raise any non-conformance noticed during the production process.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 years minimum experience in manufacturing industries.
- At least 3 years of experience in a beverage production environment is an added advantage.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems.
