Role Summary:

The Labeller Operator assists in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily machine autonomous maintenance (AM) activities, ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.

  • Monitoring machine/equipment performance and recording output on an hourly basis.
  • Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting a shift.
  • Update assigned machine log sheets on an hourly basis.
  • Escalate/report to the immediate supervisor on any machine breakdown.
  • Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift team leader or line technician.
  • Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production requirements.
  • Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and raise any non-conformance noticed during the production process.
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4 years minimum experience in manufacturing industries.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a beverage production environment is an added advantage.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
  • Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and quality control systems.
