Job Purpose Statement
To oversee the administrative and logistical operations of the U17 National Team, ensuring smooth coordination of camps, travel, competitions, and player welfare
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Sports Management, Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in team administration.
- Strong knowledge of CAF/FIFA competition regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
- Organizational and multitasking skills.
- Communication and negotiation.
- Problem-solving under pressure.
- Stakeholder management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
