Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a bias in Sports from a university recognized in Kenya.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is an entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will include: –
- coaching individuals and teams in their sports activities of specialization;
- scouting, identifying, organizing and developing local coaching talents;
- gathering sports information, records and artefacts; and
- liaising with sports Associations and identifying individual talents.
