• Salute iWorld is Kenya’s largest Apple Authorized Reseller, featuring 11 stores strategically located across Nairobi for customer convenience. Known for providing a globally certified Apple experience, the company offers a vast range of Apple products, accessories, and comprehensive support for all Apple devices. The Social Media Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly creative, data-driven, and experienced in leveraging social platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Salute
• iWorld’s marketing goals.
• Lead the creation of engaging content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
• LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube).
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design campaigns that drive product
• awareness, promotions, and sales.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data to optimize
• campaigns and content.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to
• maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized campaigns when
• necessary.
• Create, schedule, and post content across all social media platforms (Facebook,
• Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) ensuring consistency with brand voice and campaigns.
• Analyze content performance and adjust posting strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Define KPIs like follower growth, engagement rate, leads generated, and sales attributed to social campaigns.
• Social listening – monitoring brand sentiment, competitor activity, and trends.
• Design and create visually appealing artwork for all social media platforms, including
• graphics, banners, infographics, and illustrations aligned with Salute iWorld’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals complement campaign messaging and objectives.
• Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all visual content.
• Oversee and guide external designers or freelancers when specialized artwork is required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in retail or
• consumer-facing industries.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn
• campaigns, TikTok promotions).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools).
• Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to drive decisions and measure ROI.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Storytelling and copywriting skills – critical for brand voice consistency.
• proficiency in SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics),
• email marketing alignment.
