Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales activity
- Conduct high-volume prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Identify and qualify SMB advertisers, agencies, and new market opportunities
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Convert opportunities into revenue
- Run product introductions, demos, and solution presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal
- Close smaller-scale deals quickly while maintaining strong activity levels
Scale relationships
- Develop relationships with multiple SMB clients within your territory
- Identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential within accounts
- Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with Customer Success
Maintain operational discipline
- Track outreach, opportunities, and deals in CRM
- Maintain strong activity metrics and pipeline coverage
- Stay updated on Eskimi products, digital advertising trends, and competitor solutions
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or digital advertising
- Experience with outbound prospecting or high-volume sales environments (BDR/SDR/SMB sales)
Skills
- Strong prospecting and outreach discipline
- Comfortable managing a large number of leads and conversations simultaneously
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and position digital advertising solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to pipeline and activity management
Knowledge
- A basic understanding of digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or adtech is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, etc.)
KPIS
- Consistent pipeline generation through high-volume outreach
- Strong activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked)
- Steady new client acquisition
- Fast deal cycles and onboarding of SMB advertisers
