We are looking for a competent, experienced, and results-driven Service Station Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service station, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, compliance with safety standards, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the service station.
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate station staff.
• Monitor fuel and lubricant sales and stock levels.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor cash handling, sales reconciliation, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and station presentation.
• Prepare and submit regular operational and sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or another relevant field.
• Proven experience in managing a service station, retail outlet, or similar business environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, stock management, and cash handling.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
