Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in ICT/ELV/low-current installations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.

Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Proficient in CCTV, access control, and fiber optic systems.
- Skilled in structured cabling standards, PoE systems, and rack dressing.
- Proficient with testing tools (Fluke, fiber, and network testers).
- Ability to interpret architectural and electrical drawings.
Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):
- Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, Ubiquiti, or Fiber Optic Certification.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driving license (preferred).
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Availability for emergency call-outs when necessary.
