This role is ideal for a hands-on full-stack developer and team lead with 5+ years of experience delivering commercial software solutions. You will lead development teams, work closely with customers, and take ownership of projects from pre-sales to post-implementation support.

Key Skills & Experience:

PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, React, Python
MS SQL Server, Oracle, Reports Development
Delivery of 3–5 live commercial projects
Experience leading development teams
Knowledge of accounting/financial reporting is a plus
