Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, developing sales strategies, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. The role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations, identifying and solving customer challenges, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product solutions meet client specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales in Racking or Furniture
- Ability to provide technical presentations and understand customer requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relevant experience in the furniture manufacturing or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
