Senior Lecturer -General Surgery Job KU, Nairobi, Kenya
Qualifications & Requirements:
- An earned PhD Degree or its equivalent in Medicine or Public Health from an accredited and recognized University.
- Master’s Degree or its equivalent with specialization in Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Plastic Surgery or Paediatrics from an accredited and recognized University
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience at University level as Lecturer or research/industry experience.
- A minimum of four (4) cumulative publication articles, of which three (3) are from articles in refereed scholarly journals after being appointed Lecturer
- Successful supervision of at least three (3) postgraduate students as Lecturer.
- Registration by the KMPDC and a valid practicing license.

A competitive remuneration package, which includes basic salary, house allowance, and medical cover as per the University Scheme, will be provided.
Tutorial Fellows are employed on a one (1) year renewable contract up to a maximum of three (3) years.
