A fast-growing digital financial services company in Kenya, focused on building scalable platforms for payments, insurance, and customer engagement across Africa.
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the stack, contributing to architecture decisions, and delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain web applications using React / Next.js and Node.js / NestJS
- Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs (REST / GraphQL)
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Integrate third-party services (payments, CRM systems, APIs)
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver features
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where needed
