Tecno Creative role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, trend-driven environments and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping short-form content. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and optimizing TikTok/Reels videos that engage our audience, elevate our brand, and drive measurable impact.
Role & Requirements:
- Create and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) aligned with brand tone and audience interests.
- Stay ahead of trends, memes, sounds, and storytelling formats to bring fresh, engaging ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ideate and execute campaign-driven content.
- Use performance insights to optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Be the face of the brand in certain videos (if comfortable), bringing a bright and outgoing personality on camera.
- Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining high creative quality.
- Highly experienced in short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Bright, outgoing personality with a flair for performance
- Excellent collaboration skills and quick turnaround time
- Background in media, digital communications, or strong passsion for social media
