About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial operations across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full month-end close process
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconcile external systems (Shopify, payroll, expense platforms)
- Ensure accurate transaction coding
- Maintain organized workpapers and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Review and supervise junior staff work
- Handle 1099 processing
- Communicate directly with clients
- Support audits and special projects
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4–6 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (including SaaS, NGOs, inventory)
- Advanced QuickBooks Online skills
- Experience reconciling external systems
- Full accounting cycle expertise
- Advanced English (C1)
