Role Description
- Our client, a reputable secondary school in Nairobi, invites applications from experienced educational leaders to partner with the Principal in driving academic excellence and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a Management course from a recognized institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Education will be an added advantage.
- Must be TSC registered and computer literate.
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ teaching experience in a high school, with at least five (5) years in a private school.
- At least five (5) years’ experience serving as a Deputy Principal.
- Demonstrated record of high academic achievement as a key performance indicator.
- Must provide evidence of subject performance and trend analysis.
- Strong understanding of CBC and IGCSE curricula.
- Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and managerial skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, with excellent oral and written English
