Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales strategies for our organic fertilizer products, manages sales agents, identifies new markets, and drives market penetration across target regions. This role is critical from the project’s inception to establish market linkages for our converted products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the agricultural inputs (fertilizers, seeds), FMCG, or waste management sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building and managing a sales agent network is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in market research and understanding customer needs.
