We’re looking for a versatile Sales and Marketing Executive to join our ambitious team. This isn’t just a dual role; it’s a unique opportunity to own the entire business development cycle, from generating market buzz to converting leads into revenue. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand and accelerating our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads. You’ll create compelling content, manage our digital presence, and use data to optimize future strategies.

Sales: Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline. You’ll conduct presentations, negotiate, and close deals, consistently exceeding sales targets. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a B2B sales and/or marketing role, with experience in a hybrid position being a significant advantage.
• Demonstrable proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse metrics and inform decisions.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
