Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and market share within the assigned region
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and distribution team
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or distribution (at least 5 years) in the mentioned regions
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Valid Driving license & driving experience
