Phoenix Capital Limited is a leading microfinance institution specializing in logbook loans. They are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead their logbook product, drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and drive high-performing sales teams to exceed targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable portfolio growth.
- Generate, manage and convert quality leads into disbursed logbook loans.
- Plan and execute field activations, roadshows and marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, partners and key stakeholders.
- Analyze performance, prepare reports and implement data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in microfinance logbook lending in a similar role.
- Proven track record of growing a logbook loan portfolio and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Experience leading and coaching large sales teams (up to 70 staff) to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong expertise in business development, lead generation, field activations and customer acquisition.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and performance management skills.
- Willing to spend 90% of the time in the field driving sales and coaching teams.
