A fast-growing technology organization is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Growth to drive aggressive revenue expansion and lead go-to-market execution across enterprise and government markets.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for building a high-performance sales organization and achieving ambitious growth targets of $20–40M revenue within 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver aggressive revenue and growth targets
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales team
  • Establish strong sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting
  • Close high-value enterprise deals with banks, telcos, and government institutions
  • Build strategic partnerships with global hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud)

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B enterprise sales
  • 5+ years in senior revenue leadership roles (VP Sales, CRO, Head of Sales)
  • Proven success closing $5M+ technology or software deals
  • Experience selling to enterprise and government sectors in Africa
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred
