Job Title: Sales Executives
Status: Full Time
Reports to: Head Of Sales
Location: Ngong Town

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the business, guiding clients through the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to the final execution of the sale. You will take clients through the company’s products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience and lasting satisfaction.

  • Revenues: Identify and pursue business opportunities by prospecting individual and corporate clients while achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to increase revenue. Following up with prospects through the full sales cycle, including after-sales service and payment follow-ups (including debt collection where applicable).
  • Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring a professional and engaging experience while offering comprehensive information about products, locations, payment plans, and benefits. Offer ongoing support, guidance, and a high standard of service delivery before and after purchase.
  • Brand Building: Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador to all clients, site visits and digital platforms, reinforcing brand trust and positioning.
  • Business Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, ensuring all activity is logged daily, and provide weekly performance reports detailing leads generated (both personal and company-sourced), client interactions, conversion rates and pipelines.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in a related field.

  • Experience: At least 1.5 years in Sales and Marketing, with proficiency in using a CRM system.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive, positive attitude, ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
