We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help drive growth through proactive client outreach and follow-ups.
Job Summary
- In this role, you’ll focus on upselling services to existing clients, reconnecting with prospects who have received proposals, and conducting cold outreach to new potential customers.
- CRM management experience is mandatory (HubSpot preferred but not required).
Key Responsibilities
- Reconnect with current and former clients to identify upselling opportunities.
- Follow up with unresponsive clients who have received proposals.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to new prospects.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with business goals.
- Manage priorities and meet outreach objectives efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (B2B or B2C).
- Proven experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Fluent to native English proficiency (Level 9–10).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
