Sales Assistants will support excellent customer service, ensure stock availability on the floor, assist customers with product selection, and maintain a clean and organized sales area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet, guide, and support customers with product inquiries
Assist customers with sizing, alternatives, and product recommendations
Maintain store cleanliness and stock presentation
Ensure proper fitting room control and stock return
Support shrinkage and loss control measures
Support daily store readiness and merchandising

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Management or a Fashion-related course
Previous retail or FMCG experience is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible shifts
