Job Purpose

The officers are tasked to market and contribute to the growth of the company’s portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
Ensures high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensures zero tolerance to customer complaints-both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customer’s information.
Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing or any Business related
A practical working experience in a Micro lending company
