Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Retail Store Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, replenishing stock, processing payments at the checkout, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks may include inventory management and supporting promotional activities within the store.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain organization in a retail environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of athleisure wear and/or interest in sports is a plus
