Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Restaurant Waitress at Jumba Ruins Monsoon, located in Mombasa County, Kenya.
- The Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean service area, assisting in food preparation and presentation, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service roles
- Basic Cooking skills are a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
