Our client, a refined family-owned fine dining restaurant, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its front-of-house operations and uphold its reputation for excellence. The establishment is known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to a discerning clientele in an elegant and intimate setting. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily service, managing staff, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the restaurant’s high standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complete restaurant operations maintaining pristine standards and seamless service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments
- Deliver personalized, sophisticated service to high-end clients and VIP guests
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and quality control for premium offerings
- Coordinate special events, reservations, and bespoke client requests with discretion
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with ownership on staffing, training, and service enhancements
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications in food safety and hygiene (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years fine dining management experience
- Proven success in upscale hospitality environments
- Strong team leadership and development skills
- Exceptional client relations and service expertise
- Impeccable presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
