Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for impact, storytelling, and unlocking funding opportunities?
The Brigadier Boinett Foundation (BBF) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to support resource mobilization, donor engagement, and communications across our programmes in Education, Environment, and Culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential donors, partners, and funding institutions.
- Build and manage donor pipelines and funding opportunities.
- Lead development of proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events.
- Conduct field visits to strengthen donor engagement and project positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or NGO resource mobilization.
- Strong proposal writing and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the NGO/non-profit sector.
- Strong organisational and networking ability.
Added Advantage:
Experience with technology-related systems supporting fundraising or reporting.
