About Us
We are an international pharmaceutical company expanding our operations in Kenya under a structured, compliance-led model. We are seeking an experienced Registered Pharmacist with hands-on regulatory and Dossier experience to lead our PPB (Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya) compliance activities.
This is a regulatory-first position suited for a pharmacist who wants ownership of submissions, registrations, and compliance — not retail or sales practice.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Professional Oversight (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the company’s Superintendent / Responsible Pharmacist in line with PPB requirements
- Lead PPB regulatory compliance, submissions, and correspondence
- Independently prepare, compile, review, and submit product Dossiers
- Manage product registrations, variations, and renewals
- Coordinate PPB inspections, audits, and regulatory queries
- Maintain complete and accurate regulatory documentation
Operations & Coordination (Secondary Support)
- Liaise with approved consultants and service providers
- Support statutory licensing and compliance documentation
- Ensure proper filing, digitisation, and reporting
- Coordinate with Head Office teams on approvals and timelines
Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
- Registered Pharmacist in Kenya
- Eligible to serve as Superintendent/Responsible Pharmacist under PPB regulations
- Proven hands-on Dossier preparation or product registration experience (mandatory)
- 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory/compliance roles
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
